Your never too old, we have a varied range of people who train with SKF
I’m not fit enough
You don’t need to be fit to start training, Regularly training with us you will automatically become fit.
What age can children train from
From around the age of 5
What style is this?
It is an eclectic style based on Southern Praying Mantis and then developed by Malcolm Sue.
Do I need to sign up for a minimum amount of time?
No – there is no lock in contracts, no taking money from bank accounts, simply pay as you go!
